Just had my fourth AC unit installed by Fayette and it was another exceptional job. They were here on time, introduced the crew to me and we had a great day. The new Amana cooler is much quieter than my old unit. The installers were very professional and fun, even the crane operator had a smile ( and he worked his tail off). Even when I stopped by to pay my bill everyone in the office was happy and cheerful. The front office lady ( I did not catch her name) walked me through connecting the thermostat to my phone which is challenging for me, oh then she took my money, haha! The crew that installed my unit should be called the A team! The best part for me coming from a sales background was I got a follow up call asking how we did and how is the system working! This is a class outfit !

My A/C unit wasn’t working. I called the on call number but decided to just have someone come out during business hours. They called me first thing in the morning and helped me trouble shoot the issue. Got me back up and running in no time. Thank you so much!!! You guys are awesome!

Bobby and Doug were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They had the old unit off and new unit on and connected very quickly. We have used Fayette AC on two occasions and included talking with the office staff to get this new install all set up. The office staff were fantastic as well.

Having to deal with people not showing up to appointments when it comes to air conditioning I was very pleased to see that David from Fayette made an appointment and was here 5 minutes early and the problem has been solved even though he had to spend a extra time in the hot attic thank you David for your professionalism it’s good to know that we have a company that keeps their word and shows up on time when they say

The technician that showed up was very professional. He was running early and called to let me know he could be here sooner. Which works out for me perfectly. He was honest and very detailed. I can rest assured that my AC will run all summer with Fayette AC doing the tune up for me. Thank you so much!
