The new Amana cooler is much quieter than my old unit. The installers were very professional and fun, even the crane operator had a smile (and he worked his tail off). Even when I stopped by to pay my bill, everyone in the office was happy and cheerful. The front office lady (I did not catch her name) walked me through connecting the thermostat to my phone, which is challenging for me, oh, then she took my money, haha! The crew that installed my unit should be called the A team! The best part for me, coming from a sales background, was that I got a follow-up call asking how we did and how the system is working! This is a class outfit!”
